Our Story
The name ZANA is a combination of the 2 most important things in our lives, our daughters Zara and Lana. It was a desire to provide for their future and be more present in their lives that led us to create our real estate investment business. While we started humbly with single-family homes, we sought to reduce risk and increase income through multifamily properties.
After building our team and our own expertise, it was time to scale our real estate investing business by moving up to apartment syndications. By finding great value-add properties and executing a sound plan to force appreciation, we are able to provide for our family, provide competitive returns for our investors and improve every community we invest in.

TIM LITTLE (FOUNDER/ CEO)
Founder and Managing Partner Tim Little has been investing in Real Estate since 2008. After seeing years of cashflow through his single-family and small multifamily ventures, he decided to move into apartment syndication to both scale up his own profits and provide great returns to others.
Tim holds an MBA focused on International Business and an MA in Global Trade from the University of Denver. He is also a combat veteran with over 25 years in uniform who continues his service in the Army Reserves as Commander of a Public Affairs Battalion. His experience as a military leader serves him well in real estate, helping him effectively identify problems, develop solutions, and efficiently manage teams.
SAMNANG "SAM" SON-LITTLE (BUSINESS ANALYST)
Sam brings to ZANA over 12 years of business analytics and project management experience with a Top 10 US telecommunications firm.
Adept at gleaning valuable insights from complex data, Sam brings a level of analytic rigor to our projects that few firms of our size can claim.
Sam holds an MBA with a focus on Business Analytics from the University of South Florida, as well as a BS in International Business and BS in Marketing from the University of Denver.
