Through conservative underwriting and intimate understanding of target markets, we first seek to protect investor capital and ultimately provide them returns far exceeding other opportunities. We do this by implementing the following strategy:

• Finding B and C class apartments in A and B areas and forcing appreciation 

• Finding efficiencies, improving units and bringing rents up to market rates

• Putting in place excellent property management that has a deep understanding of the market and the experience necessary to implement our plan 

• "Manage the managers" and contractors, ensuring the project stays on budget, on schedule and up to standard

We also pride ourselves on recognizing "paths of progress", those areas which are starting to improve and have the potential for significant rent growth over the next 3-5 years. ZANA Investments does this by knowing our markets, doing extensive research on employers, occupancy trends, and other important indicators. Our investors expect us to forecast and plan for the entire duration of their real estate investment, maximizing profits, and minimizing risks.
